Federico Nardari received a Ph.D. Finance from Washington University Saint Louis, and a B.S. at the University of Bergamo. Primary research interests: empirical asset pricing and financial econometrics, with focus on asset allocation, return predictability,
volatility modelling, relations between financial markets and the macro-economy,
determinants of trading activity, measurement of mutual funds performance. He has developed Bayesian econometric methods of interest in financial economics.

He is a fellow of the Econometric Society, member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and distinguished fellow of the American Economic Association. He served as chair of MIT Economics, on the Executive Committee of the Econometric Society, co-editor of Econometrica, and program co-chair for the 2005 World Congress of the Econometric Society.

I am a fifth year PhD Candidate in Economics at CREST (ENSAE-Ecole Polytechnique) supervised by Francis Kramarz. My main fields of interest are labor economics, firm dynamics and spatial economics. I study the impact of major education and labor market policies on growth, wages and firm creation. I am also interested in the development of cities and counties, with a specific focus on employment and spatial inequality. I will be on the 2022/23 job market.
